Monday brings the final episode of April! It’s also the second author episode from Threads! I am so excited to introduce you to Carolina aka @thetropicaleccentric! Getting to talk to Carolina was a lot of fun and it was a great time. We cover a variety of topics and also even create a new genre for literature. We start off with a wide conversation about anime. So many different styles and kinds of anime to talk about. You’ll need to listen (or follow my page) to find out what we’re talking about! We also talk about the land that anime came from, Japan. Carolina talks about the country, what she likes about it, and her experience there. Then it’s time to talk all about Carolina! We talk about her book, Andujar: The Robot Gentleman of San Juan (which I read!) we cover the characters including the main female character, Violeta, the mysterious Santos, and the history and story happening around them. Political turmoil, the onset of the Spanish-American War, and where steampunk meets the Caribbean. We also talk about some of her possible future works, the soon to be Spanish translation of Andujar, and so much more.
